On-call provider after hours and on weekends for non-life-threatening emergencies and medical questionsonly.  

Medications can not be refilled over the phone.

Pain medication refills and other controlled substances must be done during an office visit.  An on-call provider is unable to do this. For other medication refills, please ask your pharmacy to send over a refill request.  This can be done electronically or via fax by your pharmacy.
